Lexus DriveCare

Owning a Lexus offers the assurance of exceptional quality and performance, as well as peace of mind when something unexpected happens. For the duration of your Encore membership, you will have access to a range of services through the Lexus DriveCare program, 24 hours a day. These include: 

  • Breakdown assistance with fuel, battery or tyre/wheel replacement
  • Basic mechanical assistance
  • Breakdown towing as required to a Lexus Dealer or nominated technical centre
  • One-way metropolitan taxi fare up to $150 (including GST)
  • Entry assistance if you are locked out of your vehicle (selected Lexus models only) 
  • Off-road patrols for LX and RX AWDs
  • Personal Assist service for when you experience a vehicle-related incident over 100km away from home and your Lexus is immobile for more than 24 hours ⁴
  • Courier service for urgent small parcels or documents ⁵
  • Clothing and personal effects cover up to $250 (including GST)

If you drop off your vehicle for servicing at a participating Lexus dealership, you will receive a complimentary loan car³. This is yours to enjoy until your vehicle is ready for collection. Alternatively, you can choose to have your Lexus picked up from your home or office and have it brought back to you once the service is complete.

If you would prefer not to visit the dealership at this time, but still wish to use the Service Loan Car benefit, one can be delivered to you for your convenience and peace of mind.

In addition, after each service you'll receive a complimentary wash and interior vacuum. It's all part of the seamless ownership experience unique to Lexus. Enjoy with any new vehicle across the entire Lexus range, or a pre-owned vehicle for the duration of your Encore membership.

Lexus owners receive exclusive benefits at some of Australia’s leading hotels, including Jackalope on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Raes on Wategos in Byron Bay and One & Only in Wolgan Valley. As members of Lexus Encore, you can enjoy complimentary refreshments on arrival, return Lexus airport transfers, late checkout, and other benefits available only to Lexus owners.

1. Applies to standard scheduled logbook servicing (normal operating conditions). Lexus vehicles purchased by Lexus Corporate Customers who receive complimentary servicing are not eligible for CPS. 4. Lexus Drive Care Personal Assist (Outside 100 km from home) This exclusive Lexus DriveCare service has been comprehensively developed to take the personal angst and inconvenience out of any vehicle-related incident you may encounter while traveling away from home. Lexus extends each of these Personal Assist benefits not just to the driver/owner, but also to up to four passengers. Whenever you travel more than 100 km from your normal place of residence, you can be comfortable in the knowledge that help is always close at hand should your Lexus become disabled for more than 24 hours due to mechanical failure, vehicle collision or theft. DriveCare will provide accommodation, or services to continue your journey to the value of $2,000 per annum, and medical cover to $5,000 per annum.

From advice services on 'what to do' and 'who to call' in the event of an accident, emergency, theft or breakdown through to message services to insurers, family, or business associates, Lexus DriveCare will take total care of your needs. Lexus may, at its discretion, extend the services listed below to minimise your inconvenience. Lexus owners can be comfortable in the knowledge that help is always close at hand.

5. Personal effects cover Should circumstances necessitate, financial compensation will be provided for your personal effects and clothing stolen or damaged as a result of a breakdown, accident or theft to your Lexus vehicle. Compensation to a maximum value of $250 will be provided per situation
